The company did not admit to any of wrongdoing but entered a stipulation for $3.25 million that would enable those affected to be compensated.

Distribution of compensation

Under this settlement, eligible individuals can claim compensation for a variety of losses. These include:

1. Reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses: Up to $2,000 can be compensated for expenses that were incurred due to the data breach, such as:

Additional benefits

Credit monitoring services: Can get free services for three years.
